Key Responsibilities:
- Create and evaluate benefit and pay packages
- Schedule employees effectively
- Oversee health and life insurance policies
- Carefully organize both annual and quarterly performance reviews
- Make sure that employee records are updated on time, including new hire details and status changes
- Process employee inquiries and provide prompt responses
- Screen resumes thoroughly and conduct insightful interviews
Qualifications / Requirements :
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required
- Candidates must present an NBI or police clearance (recommended) at the time of employment
- Must be at ease using the time-tracking app Hubstaff
- Provide verifiable experience working as a generalist or human resource specialist with an emphasis on recruitment.
- Practical knowledge of human resources information systems and applicant tracking systems
- Expertise in conducting video and phone interviews;
- Skill in candidate screening and assessment;
- Knowledge of using professional networks and social media for recruitment
- Written and spoken English at a professional level (voice)
