JLL Data Scientist Job Description and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track business data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recognize business issues in JLL Corporate Services (Finance) and Business Lines (Capital Markets, Leasing).
- Develop analytical solutions in close collaboration with the stakeholder and enterprise analytics teams.
- Utilize statistical analysis, data, and visualization technologies to construct project deliverables.
- Dashboard creation with key dimension / metrics.
- Interpret results for advanced analytics, such as correlation, testing, and prediction.
- Handling datasets for integrating analytical results with stakeholder organizations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer science, Finance, other quantitative fields
- 3 – 5 years of expertise in business and consulting environments with data and analysis.
- 2+ years of expertise developing insights and formulating analytical problems using statistical tools like R, Python, etc.
- 3+ or more years of SQL experience
- 3+ or more years of familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel in Microsoft
- 3+ or more years of expertise with tools for visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Databricks experience is a plus.
