JPMorgan Business Management Associate Job Description and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist internal stakeholders and external clients in learning about the index products, any tactical and structural changes and their resulting impact on the relevant markets.
- Work through every step of the Index product development process, from concept to production, by utilizing interactions with operations, technology, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to break down, process, and evaluate data and analytics at the component and aggregate levels; understanding working with huge datasets.
- Take part in group reporting and publishing projects, such as topical and BAU market reports. When necessary, create and amend index rules to guarantee the accurate information is shared.
- Compile data and analysis on index products to support teams and clients around the world.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- A strong work ethic, the ability to act globally while maintaining a high level of social awareness.
- It is preferable to have prior experience with quantitative research in an index or portfolio creation setting.
- Knowledge of financial products, analytics, bond math, fixed income ideas, and market occurrences.
- Deep interest in the Indian and international financial markets.
- Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, including the capacity to simplify difficult or foreign ideas.
Added Qualifications:
Any practical knowledge of database packages and programming would be beneficial.
