S&P Global Full Stack Software Engineer Job Description and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write code for complicated programs.
- Conduct an analysis of the intricate business processes and requirements.
- Offer production support for a number of systems that are essential to the mission operation.
- Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
- Take initiative and work individually on certain projects, while contributing to a large team on others.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Complete project lifecycle expertise using the C# language.SQL Server, ASP.Net, and the Net Framework
- Windows services and RESTful services
- Frameworks for data access such as Entity Framework, ADO.NET, etc.
- SSO (OAuth2) – Proficiency in design patterns such as Dependency Injection, SOLID principles, and.NET
- Knowledge of designing and implementing functional and non-functional unit tests; – Experience working in a test-driven environment.
- Prior experience working in the loan industry would be advantageous, especially in the financial sector.
- Microservices and AWS would be useful.
