Deloitte Senior Analyst Job Description and Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Work together with stakeholders in the business to gather, record, and verify the business requirements for dashboards.
- Thoroughly understand the needs of the business and recommend suitable visual aids
- Creates, develops, tests, and manages complex reports for extensibility, performance, reusability, and scalability.
- Use the requirements to inform the technical solution’s design.
- Create SQL objects and scripts by applying design principles.
- Examine, troubleshoot, and enhance current stored procedures and views.
- Use performance tuning methods, error handling, and indexes to enhance SQL script performance.
- Develop and alter SSIS packages to move data between different systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Mtech Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experience in following Technologies: Knowledge in DBMS concepts, exposure to querying on any relational database preferably MS SQL Server, MS Azure SQL, SSIS, Tableau.
- Good software engineering techniques and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
- Excellent exposure in data visualization.
- Proficiency in managing both structured and unstructured data from various data sources, including on-premises, cloud-based, APIs, etc.
- Proficiency in any programming language, such as C# or VB.Net, would be advantageous.
- Aware of the lifecycle and development approach.
- Outstanding analytical and verbal (written, spoken, and presentation) capabilities
- Capacity to develop own career plans and networks inside the company
- Capacity to collaborate with experts at all levels both individually and as a team.
Added Skills/Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in database development. ETL and Reporting
