Alight Operations Associate Job Description and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the customer knowledge transfer meetings and utilize the admin guides to acquaint yourself with the advantages. (Good understanding, quick learner)
- Prepare the SOPs that will be provided to incoming employees as training and reference materials. (Microsoft Word basics)
- Making checklists and activity calendars. (Basic familiarity with Excel)
- Identify and carry out the administrative tasks without neglecting the SLAs. (Capacity to use applications like Excel, SHARP, Benify, and Assist efficiently) – Collaborate with other team members and support one another.
Required Qualifications:
- Effective communication abilities
- A dedication to meeting deadlines.
- Acquiring AttitudeA year of experience is ideal.
- Basic proficiency with Word and Excel on a PC
- Preferable is experience with WD, GreyTip, and SAP.
