NTT Data Business Analyst Job Description and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as mediator between the technological solutions and the business challenges.
- Use technology to analyze, transform, and ultimately solve business challenges.
- In order to identify business requirements and develop solutions for business, process, information, and system issues, enhancements, or changes, collaborate with internal clients and utilize best practice approaches.
- Complete business initiatives in accordance with corporate architecture and sponsor specifications.
- Proactively developing and implementing improved platforms and services,
- Assure that operational holes are found and documented, together with the relevant user training and user manuals, templates, and test cases. Help resolve any problems that may arise with the service.
Required Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of business procedures and practices
- Strong team member with a strong focus on customer service and strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen empathetically – Meticulous attention to detail when working under pressure
- Capability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management techniques
- Outstanding analytical abilities with the capacity to translate business requirements into operational deliverables (functional requirements) in order to achieve business goals
- Outstanding abilities with documentation, specifically with regard to test cases, functional requirements, system user documentation, processes and procedures, and presentations
