Key Responsibilities :
- Determine AXP’s major business and the factors influencing different choices.
- Examine vast volumes of data to obtain business insights and develop original solutions.
- Use the Amex network’s closed loop capability to make more informed and pertinent judgments.
- Innovate by concentrating on creating fresher, more effective methods utilizing big data and machine learning solutions.
- Clearly communicating and organizing business findings to the leadership and important partners in the prospect and customer domains
- Keep an open mind and be informed on advancements in the fields of finance, payments, analytics, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA, or master’s degree in a related subject such as computer science, statistics, or economics
- 0 to 30 months of analytics experience (24 to 48 months for Senior Analyst Required)
- Capacity to lead project deliverables in order to produce business outcomes
- The capacity to collaborate well with others in a team setting
- Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities
- Creative problem solver with a rapid learning curve and the capacity to work autonomously on intricate, unstructured projects
- Capability of Integration with Global Cross-Functional Business Partners
- SAS, R, Python, Spark, Hive, and SQL
